If you didn't know, Geoff is a Battery Commander right now and in charge of leading about 100+ soldiers in battle. 1st SGT Jacobs, pictured on the right with Geoff, is his "right hand man" and the highest ranking enlisted soldier in the Battery (which is the same as a Company....but Battery is a Field Artillery term). Please pray for humble, strong leadership for him and for protection of all of the soldiers in the Battery! Thanks! :)

Well hello all! I'm a rookie pretending to be internet-savvy! I was thinking this would be a great way to keep in touch and keep y'all updated on the deployments and such. I will do my best to keep it up-t0-date. Well here's the scoop with Geoff deployment: I'd love to work it out somehow to get him packages as often as possible while he's there. (I know I can't talk--I haven't even sent one yet.... ). Sooooo...I'm going to try to set up some kind of list by the month and see if you can sign up for sending a package for one or as many weeks as you'd like! As soon as I figure out how to post that on this website I'll do that...and you can sign up for a slot. Sound good? I hope it works! We'll keep in touch!
